Dentist recommendation:
Hold the brush at a 90-degree angle and gently insert it between your teeth.
Use with a gentle back-and-forth motion clean the space/s between your teeth.
Do not to apply too much pressure, as this can damage your gums.
Move the brush in and out of the space between your teeth a couple of times, to make sure you clean all sides of each tooth.
After cleaning, rinse the brush under running water to remove any debris.
