We are growing - Thank you for your support.

We are an ONLINE STORE within the Health & Wellness sector (with the option to collect from our Smallholding (In Heidelberg, GP) OR Door-to-door courier at an additional cost).

Currently, we are unfortunately not equipped with a physical store (as yet) or to accommodate "walk in" customers (for now). Join us and please support us on our growing journey to fly ... to accommodate "walk in" customers is on our wishlist (Our next project currently in planning) ...

Order ready:
Your order will be processed & dispatched (if paid in full) OR you may then pay the remaining 50% before we dispatch/send your own courier OR you can come and collect your order and settle the remaining balance by means of CARD PAYMENT.

Delivery or Collection 

Toot Toot ... Yes, your order can be delivered straight to your door !
Under normal circumstances our Time Frame is Overnight - 7 Business Days.

* Fees are as following:
- Standard Delivery: Flat Rate R135.00 (Up to 20kg)
- Free Delivery for all orders above R1000.00 (Up to 20kg. 20kg+ subject to quotation) 
- Pick-up: No Charge - We will confirm when your order is ready, to make suitable collection arrangements.
- Arrange your own Courier: No charges from our side - We will confirm when your order is ready for you to make the necessary arrangements. 
- Local Delivery: Heidelberg, GP R30.00
- Local Delivery: Nigel, GP R50.00
- Custom Rate, Custom Quotation. ALL orders above 20kg: Showing as minimum R280.00 (at check-out) - To be confirmed. Subject to Courier Quotation., Based on Weight and Area (This can vary greatly for eg. Orders containing large volumes of flour/liquid products. Custom Delivery rate to be confirmed.)

Order Collections:
Please allow adequate time for your order to be processed and packaged before making collection arrangements or dispatching your own couriers.
We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
Please DO NOT book your courier until you have received confirmation that your order is ready. REMEMBER to send us the waybill WELL IN TIME to attach to your order!* Collection appointments can be arranged accordingly.
 
You are more than welcome to collect (processed & packed orders) from our Home Based Office in Heidelberg, Gauteng (400m to travel on a gravel road - Just off the R23 Benoni/Brakpan main road).
We live on a small plot (Smallholding) and currently only have a home based office. Located just 7km outside of the beautiful town Heidelberg on the far East Side of Gauteng. Conveniently located only 5 minutes from the N3 (Johannesburg-Durban Highway).

* If you would like to collect your goodies kindly remember we need to confirm that your order has been processed and packed, ready for collection.
Also in the case where you would like to send your own courier.

Payment Options

** Please remember your payment needs to reflect in our bank account before your order will be released / couriered.**
** We do not release goods on proof of payment ! However, please do send it through to us so we can start processing your order & to reserve your purchase (for 48 hours only).
** Please make sure your payment reflects soonest to avoid delays in dispatching / collecting your order.
** Your order will only be processed and seen as confirmed upon payment received and reflecting in our bank account (Min 50% of your invoice total).
** Your payment is due upon placing your order via our online store or receiving an invoice directly from us.
- We do not reserve stock. Any orders received will only be held for 48hours. There-after orders are automatically cancelled.

On-Site Card Payments:
For your convenience we have card facilities available on-site (To settle outstanding balances).

We also offer the option of paying by card for your convenience via a secure payment link. Please request your purchase link if you prefer this option.
We send this to you via Whatsapp, SMS or Email, upon request.

! Strictly NO Cash Deposits ! Please do not make cash deposits. Bank fees will be charged additionally and will be added to your order. !
! Strictly NO EFT Payments ON-SITE (Our premises) upon collecting your order !

Please note, we are a strictly cashless business and do not handle cash.
