After years of struggling with my own health, culminating in a life-threatening hospital stay where my organs were on the brink of failure, a profound question surfaced within me:
Is this really my life?
Amidst the battles and countless prayers, one morning, the answer became clear:

From that moment, I began digging deeper.
One question led to another, sparking a journey of discovery that fueled my curiosity and passion for understanding more. The more I uncovered, the more I felt compelled to keep going.

Research Year
I embarked on a journey of in-depth research—
Reading widely, cross-referencing facts, analyzed product labels, I observed consumer behavior in stores and scrutinized branding a masterful tool of persuasion in marketing.
I began seeing through the sugarcoating, greenwashing, and polished sales pitches, discovering widespread misconceptions and deception.
It felt like earning a
"Digging and Ditching" degree—
months of discovering truths, and it was only the beginning...

Establishing our branding was an exciting and meaningful milestone.
I’ve always loved dragonflies without really knowing why—I just felt deeply drawn to them. When I discovered their symbolism, it became clear that they were the perfect representation of something truly special. Choosing our name and brand wasn’t easy at first, as we explored multiple versions before finding one that truly resonated.
We took immense joy in crafting our brand identity, thoughtfully selecting colors that evoke light, refreshment, and a deep connection to the soul.
This journey has been one of creativity, growth, and discovery, and we are incredibly proud of the work we’ve accomplished.

Official Online Launch
After months of hard work and countless late nights, we were thrilled to finally launch our website and online store.
As expected, the launch came with a few teething problems that required our immediate attention.
Mid Aug - Mid Sept, we dedicated ourselves to identifying and resolving errors and issues, overcoming significant challenges along the way.
By Mid-September, all systems were running much more smoothly, allowing us to finally take a well-deserved breather and celebrate this major milestone in our journey.

It was time to create our business stationery, and yes, once again, we did it all ourselves!

After months of persistence and hard work to secure a consistent and reliable supply of one of the most widely used household products, we were thrilled to be granted a distributor option for Eureka Mills Stoneground Flour.
This incredible opportunity left us ecstatic and deeply honored.
We feel truly privileged and immensely grateful for this milestone, which marks a major breakthrough for our business.
It allows us to better serve our customers with a high-quality product we wholeheartedly believe in.

Packaging Change
Wow! What an incredible journey it has been to finally transition our packaging to eco-friendly and sustainable materials.
We proudly converted to biodegradable and compostable packaging, including our branded business tape, giving our parcels a polished and professional look.
Knowing that our packaging materials are soil-safe allows us to sleep easier, confident that we’re contributing to a healthier planet. We are immensely proud to be doing our part in promoting eco-conscious practices and aligning our packaging with our values of sustainability and responsibility.

Eish! This was a tough pill to swallow, but we knew we had to adapt. After facing numerous obstacles and tremendous challenges, we made significant changes to our business processes.
We shifted from a “supply-and-demand” model to carrying an inventory, enabling us to process orders at a much faster pace.
We learned the hard way that there was a disconnect between how we and our customers understood our website and processes.
It wasn’t aligning with our initial plans, so we took the time to reevaluate and make adjustments.
By refining our processes, we’ve been able to better meet customer expectations and deliver with the speed and efficiency they deserve.

Our checkout process presented significant challenges, particularly in calculating affordable and precise courier fees for high-weight orders—a task that demanded extensive time and effort.
Additionally, we received an overwhelming number of requests for more convenient payment options, highlighting an urgent need for improvement.
The absence of convenient payment options at checkout initially led to skepticism, which was a significant concern for us, reinforcing the necessity to address these issues promptly and effectively.
We persevered and implemented payment options at checkout for our customers’ convenience.
While we still need to process some orders manually due to the complexities of high-weights, this improvement has been a game-changer.
Within just ONE week of introducing this feature, our order volume tripled! - An incredible and rewarding result!
